Tennis Europe Winter Cups by HEAD

As in 2009, the Tennis Europe Winter Cups by HEAD for girls under 16 was held again at Inntel Hotels Resort Zutphen in February 2010. During this qualifying tournament eight countries competed with each other to gain a position for the finals in the Czech Republic. Netherlands was represented by the talents Daphne van den Heuvel, Marlou Kluiving and Tessa Breve. They got a well deserved fifth place with a nail-biting final match against Sweden. The teams from France and Germany were able to qualify for the finals in the Czech Republic and the German team received the cup on Sunday, February 6th at the award ceremony at Inntel Hotels Resort Zutphen.

K3 youth tennis tournament

From Monday February 22nd until Saturday February 27th, 2010, the K3 tennis tournament was held at Inntel Hotels Resort Zutphen. The K3 tournament is a national youth tournament in which top 100 players from the youth league compete with each other.
